Our challenge was to build a team of local architects and engineers in the mechanical, electrical, solar, waste water, insulation, building and environmental fields. Our next challenge was to nudge them beyond their comfort zone and experience level so that we might in turn push the definition of a "green building" higher than what is currently considered possible. By putting together this team and using this building as a live demonstration we can then make this journey and its results available to others who want to build on this foundation and take it further.
