Interior of Building

Out goal is that every product and all activities that are used in this building have a foundation in green building principals.  Since we came from the computer business we do not have preconceived ways of doing things in construction or building products we are accustomed to using.  Our foundation after 30 years in the computer field is to constantly challenge, constantly change, always look for improvement and ROI is paramount but a knowledge that upfront investment can lead to a bigger return in the future.  We are use to ignoring the terms; no, can’t be done, this is how we have always done it, blank stares, I don’t know and lip service.   The green building field is exploding and thousands of people are making great strides towards changing the whole paradigm of how buildings are built and maintained.  Hopefully the dinasaurs in the industry will step aside and allow this progress to pass them by but if not this change is building up enough steam to plow right over them if they try and stop it.  Sorry about being blunt but we have seen our share of casualties in the computer business when people have been reluctant to change.  This construction revolution needs the years of experience of all the construction professionals to bring this industry into a new dimension.
